How to maintain the weighing indicator?

 

1.  Check if all the cables are well connected or broken, and if the ground wire is firm enough

2.  If the indicator is not used for a long period of time(above one month), the operator should do power-on inspection according to the surroundings, to avoid the stability of indicator be influenced by the moisture or the harmful gas.

3. The weighing indicator should be kept away from heat source, vibration source.

4.  No Inflammable and explosive gas or dust around the indicator.

5.  The Power of indicator must be shut off when it is not used for long time, the fuse be replaced, position changed, dust cleared.

6.  When something wrong with the indicator, the operator should keep the indicator power off instantly and inform the professional staff to check and solve it. If the users need to check and repair the indicator which must be done under the instructions of professionals
